We charge a flat fee of $375.00 for the mortgage audit and consultation.

To begin we will need copies of some documents. All of them should be found in the closing packet that was given to you from the Title company where you signed for the mortgage on your home. If you do not have these copies you can receive new copies from the Title company where you signed.

We need copies of all documents signed at the closing including:

• Truth in Lending (TILA)
• Deed of  Trust
• Mortgage Note
• Appraisal
• All correspondence you have received from your lender or its attorney
